Al-Burhan Grammar School

As a student of Al Burhan Grammar school, it is mandatory to attend school wearing a school uniform regardless of whether it is covered by a Jilbaab or not.

 

The school uniform comprises of:

 

 

There should be no makeup, nail varnish, contact lenses, eye lining, collyrium (surma) or jewellery other than one pair of small plain gold or silver stud earrings and a watch. If any make up is worn students will be asked to remove it immediately.

Headscarves must be plain black or plain white. Headscarves must be securely tied at all times.

 

Outdoor Wear: Only a plain black, grey or navy coat/jacket is allowed to wear. Black jumpers/sweat shirts and coats that are made of denim or corduroy are not accepted. Outdoor Wear must be knee length.

Jilbaab: A Jilbaab is not a part of the school uniform. If you choose to wear a Jilbaab, it must be plain navy or black.

 

PE Kit: Loose top with full sleeves, loose trousers and trainers.
